| As a “Stager”, my style is to go into a home, complete an analysis of what will work and what will not.
I do not house an inventory of items for the homeowner to use during the duration of the home sale period, preferring to utilize the seller’s furnishings—reshopping the home—to show it to its best potential. Slip covering, pillow recovering, changing out pictures are just a few of the tools I employ, saving the seller the need to rent or purchase decor and furnishings. Removing the original artwork and replacing it with fabric, placemats, left-over tiles, for example, will breathe new life into a space and coordinate the colors and theme of the room. |
